Tradition in a contemporary form
Orkol Studio is a Georgian ceramics workshop where every piece is shaped, fired and painted by hand.
Our work is rooted in the Georgian ornamental tradition — Borjgali, pomegranate, vine and ancient geometric figures. We make tableware, decorative bowls, jugs and gift sets that are both for everyday use and works of art.
Every piece is one of a kind: no two lines, no two dots are ever the same.

Studio Founder
The studio began as a small workshop and a love of clay. The founder's aim is to bring the language of Georgian ornament back into the modern home — keeping traditional forms alive and usable.
The studio is both a workshop and a gallery: sculptures, tableware and decorative works are born here.
“Clay holds memory — we only help it speak again.”

Pomegranate
Abundance, fertility and family unity — an eternal guest at the Georgian table.
Rhombus
Earth and the fertile field — an ancient geometric figure in Georgian textile and stone.
Bird
Soul and freedom — a motif from old Georgian stone carving.
